What We Offer

"It is a gentle way to break through the veil of denial, repression and secrecy
to the truth of your life, to heal the past and thus change the future"

We offer Primal Therapy that provides individuals with the opportunity to explore themselves in deep and profound ways. It is a process of encountering and releasing repressed memories and feelings and thus discovering how they have influenced their life.

Primal Therapy, as we understand, is based on the fact that the cells of our body have their own consciousness. That means, every cell in our body has been storing all our experiences since the beginning of our life. Many people have had experiences that where very painful or they even may have been life-threatening. In the very first years of our life we were not able to integrate or eliminate them. Our body and the whole system had to build up a defence mechanism that takes every effort to keep our life in manageable balance. We often carry a heavy load of unresolved business with us that exhausts our original energy and deprives us of a creative and enjoyable life.

Primal Therapy enables a person to go back to these repressed experiences, feel them in their original context and thus liberate the locked-in energy. The process is supremely rewarding but laborious. What has been accumulated over a lifetime, cannot be changed in a few days. Our body needs time to release the suppressed emotions and feelings, and to reintegrate the newly found insights. To go through it, needs the possibility of perseverance and a firm commitment.

Our work is based on extensive experience in our own therapy since 1978 and it incorporates the latest developments in Primal Therapy.

As members of the The International Primal Association (IPA), we work under the Code of Ethics issued by this prominent group of Primal Therapists. We are willing to share the process with our clients. Our most recent training enables us to give them the possibility to deeply regress to any experience that happened since their conception. We find out that most often the far-reaching and deep-seating life conditioning events took place this early in life.
